ID That Phone
Avaya's Euro Series 1 phones have a distinctive handset (circled in blue). We call this "dog bone" or "bow tie" style. The display case (circled in red) is black. Only the lens is silver. The line buttons on this phone series are rectangular (circled in yellow).
Avaya's Euro Series 2 has a more rounded handset shape (circled in blue) and it has a slightly raised section on the upper cup. The entire lcd case is sliver to match the lens. (Circled in red) and the line buttons are oval shaped (circled in yellow).
Now that I know I have an Avaya Euro series 1 phone how do I know if it is "Old Style" or "New Style"

The bad news is that there is no easy way to know from the outside of the phone. The good news is that if you can open the LCD case, all will be revealed!
